Are you an experienced Service Advisor seeking an exciting new opportunity? We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established dealership in Braintree, Essex, for a talented Service Advisor to join their busy team. If you have excellent customer service skills, a proactive approach, and experience with relevant systems, this could be the perfect role for you.

Duties:
  • Greeting customers and managing their service requirements with professionalism and courtesy
  • Managing multiple customers per day and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction (CSI)
  • Upselling additional services and parts to maximise workshop productivity and revenue
  • Using systems such as Pinnacle and EDynamics to update customer information and service history
  • Handling service bookings, follow-ups, and providing accurate estimates
  • Ensuring a smooth workflow between customers, workshop, and service department
Candidate spec:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a dealership or automotive environment
  • Knowledge of systems such as Pinnacle, EDynamics, and 1link is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Proven ability to upsell and increase service sales
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle a busy customer-facing role
  • A professional attitude and excellent organisation skills
