Hours: 8am - 5.30pm with no weekends! 
Pay: £32k - £36k Basic + £9k OTE  

Are you a skilled Vehicle Technician seeking a rewarding opportunity within a reputable dealership group? We are currently recruiting for a Vehicle Technician at our client's busy Welling dealership. This is an excellent chance to join a professional team where your expertise will be valued, and your earning potential is significant.

As a Vehicle Technician in Welling, you will be responsible for delivering top-quality service and repairs, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the high standards of the dealership. If you hold NVQ Level 3, have experience working in main dealerships, and possess additional qualifications such as MOT, FGAS, or EV training, this role could be perfect for you.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary of £36,000 per annum
  • OTE earning potential of £45,000 or more annually
  • Performance-based bonus structure
  • No weekends, with hours Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm

Duties:
  • Carrying out vehicle repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance to a high standard
  • Ensuring all work complies with manufacturer guidelines and safety procedures
  • Conducting vehicle thorough inspections and providing accurate reports
  • Using diagnostic equipment to identify faults efficiently
  • Keeping detailed records of work undertaken and parts used
  • Assisting with other service department tasks as required
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician
  • Proven experience in a main dealership environment
  • MOT certification is advantageous; FGAS and EV qualifications are desirable
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • Able to work effectively within a team
  • Good communication skills and a professional attitude
