Our client, a reputable and well-established dealership, is looking to recruit a skilled Technician to join their busy workshop. This is a fantastic chance to advance your career within a professional environment that values quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

  • Starting salary of £32,000 per annum (higher bandings if manufacturer accredited)
  • Progression pathways with increase for manufacturer qualifications
  • Potential total earnings of £45,000 with uncapped bonus earnings averaging £10,000 to £12,000 per year
  • Uncapped bonus scheme rewarding your productivity and expertise
  • Monday to Friday working week plus Saturday morning rota

Duties as a Vehicle Technician will include:
  • Perform high-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards and guidelines
  • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicle components to identify wear, damage or necessary replacements
  • Provide expert technical advice to customers, ensuring clear and professional communication
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards to foster trust and encourage repeat business
  • Collaborate closely with the service reception team and workshop control for smooth operation
  • Support fellow Technicians by sharing knowledge and assisting with complex repairs
  • Keep accurate service records and complete all work within set timeframes
Requirements that the Vehicle Technician will need:
  • NVQ Level 3 qualified Technician is essentialf
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced workshop environment
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and repairs
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
