- Uphold manufacturer and company standards for service and repairs
- Possess a recognised Master Technician Level 3 qualification (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent)
- Demonstrate experience with complex diagnostic tasks and vehicle servicing
- Have a solid background in electrical and mechanical systems across diverse vehicle models
- Exhibit strong teamwork skills, with a focus on safety and process adherence
- Be willing to share knowledge and mentor colleagues, supporting team development
