We are in search of a Workshop Controller to join our Client’s Main Dealership in the Wembley area. Our Client is part of a large network of Dealerships across the the U.K. They are looking for an experienced Workshop Controller to join their team working alongside a Group with a great reputation with excellent in-house opportunities to allow you to progress your career to the next level!

Our Client is offering the successful Workshop Controller:
  • Up To £37,720 Salary + Bonus
  • Manufacturer Owned Main Car Dealership Environment
  • 45 Hour Week / Saturday Rota
  • 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays, Manufacturer Training & Career Development, Plus Many More Company Benefits
  • Previous Automotive Workshop Controller Experience Required
Responsibilities of a Workshop Controller:
  • Controlling a team of Technicians including the workflow, allocation etc.
  • Managing customers expectations both whilst on site and by telephone
  • Checking the vehicle onto site, allocating and checking out a loan vehicle, entering work onto the system
  • Workshop Loading, Maintaining / printing job cards
  • Managing progress of all jobs
  • Liaising with the customer during progression of work

  • Organisational and administration skills
  • Full and Clean Driving Licence
