Are you a skilled HGV Technician seeking a rewarding role within a leading automotive team? Our client is currently looking for a dedicated HGV Technician to join their busy workshop in Bury St Edmunds. Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on HGVs and commercial vehicles
  • Perform routine servicing and maintenance tasks in accordance with manufacturer standards
  • Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues efficiently
  • Complete all relevant documentation accurately and promptly
  • Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate effectively within the workshop team to meet targets and deadlines
Candidate spec

  • Fully qualified HGV Technician with City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
  • Proven experience working on HGVs or commercial vehicles
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Team-oriented with a proactive approach to work
  • Valid UK driving licence; HGV licence desirable but not essential
