Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 + 1 in 4 Saturdays 07:00 – 16:00
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy and professional automotive business in Kidderminster. This role would suit someone with excellent customer service skills, strong organisation, and the ability to manage a busy workload while ensuring customers receive a first-class experience throughout their service journey.

- Producing accurate job cards, invoices, estimates, and related paperwork
- Providing customers with clear explanations of completed work
- Identifying additional aftersales opportunities where appropriate
- Liaising with the Parts Department regarding parts availability
- Recording retail, warranty, internal, and non-chargeable repairs accurately
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction at all times
- Previous experience within a Service Advisor role is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills both face-to-face and over the phone
- Strong administration and organisational abilities
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Previous experience working within an office or administration environment
- Kerridge system knowledge would be beneficial
- A customer-focused and professional approach
