Automotive Parts Advisor opportunity in Inverness

Hours: 
8am - 5pm Monday - Friday
Weekends:  NO WEEKENDS
Pay:  Circa £32k per annum + van

We are currently working with a well-established automotive business in Inverness. Our client is part of a wider group so you can join in the knowledge that you will have a stable career with them.

They are seeking am Parts Sales Advisor with automotive experience or sales experience in different industries; to support the work of their Parts Sales Operation within a B2B Automotive supplier environment. This is a crucial role to the success of the business.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Parts Sales Advisor to join a company that is committed to ensuring their staff enjoy their working day. They reward highly and put their employees at the forefront of all they do.

Within this Part Sales Advisor role your typical duties will include: 
  • Responding to customer sales ordering, queries and complaints in an efficient and professional manner
  • Escalating customer issues with management when the need arises
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures when interacting with customers
  • Following up on customer calls to ensure that that customers are satisfied
  • Staying up to date with products, services and policies by attending training sessions
  • Ensuring that they accurately comprehend customer requests and issues by confirming and clarifying information
  • Upselling products and services where possible and actively working towards reaching sales targets
  • Maintaining accurate customer records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system and completing call logs and reports
  • Parts look up and pre pick customer orders
  • Travelling around to clients and helping to manage and grow these key accounts
