  • Competitive basic salary Circa £40 - 42,000 per annum, negotiable depending on experience

Duties:
  • Carry out maintenance, repairs and diagnostics on luxury and performance vehicles, ensuring high standards of quality and safety
  • Utilise Porsche diagnostics system and specialised tools to identify issues accurately
  • Work on a diverse range of vehicles, including classic models and modern performance cars
  • Assist with vehicle inspections, MOTs (if qualified), and minor repairs, working proactively to achieve daily targets
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all work complies with safety standards
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate openly about job progress and technical challenges
Client spec:
  • Proven experience as a Master Technician or Technician, ideally with a background in premium or performance vehicles
  • A passion for high-performance and luxury cars, with an eye for detail and quality workmanship
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly, with minimal micro-management
  • MOT licence is an advantage but not essential; willingness to develop skills further is appreciated
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on older and challenging vehicle components
  • Good communication skills and a professional appearance
  • Kitted with relevant qualifications, including NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in motor vehicle maintenance and repairs
