As a Service Advisor, you will act as the main point of contact for customers, managing all aspects of the service process efficiently and effectively. Your role will involve booking service and repair jobs, maintaining customer communication, handling payments, and ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage.

- Follow-up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and handle enquiries
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor in a commercial vehicle dealership
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service
