We are pleased to present a fantastic vacancy for an MOT Tester / Technician on behalf of a reputable automotive service centre based in Poole, Dorset. Benefits

Competitive basic salary of £35,000 per year
On target earnings of approximately £40,000 annually
Monday to Friday working hours from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
Flexible Saturday schedules, including every other Saturday off or half days

Duties

Conduct MOT tests in compliance with legal requirements and standards
Carry out technical inspections and servicing tasks on a range of vehicles
Diagnostics and fault finding to identify necessary repairs
Maintain accurate records of work carried out and adhere to safety protocols
Liaise with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction
Assist with additional workshop tasks as required

Candidate Specification

Proven experience as an MOT Tester and Vehicle Technician
Valid MOT testing licence and relevant technical qualifications
Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and servicing procedures
Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
Good communication skills and a professional attitude
Reliable and committed to delivering quality work
