Pay: £40,000 - £44,000 Basic + Overtime opportunity 
Hours: 45 hours per week Monday - Friday with Saturdays on a rota

Duties

  • Repairing and straightening vehicle panels to the highest standards using cutting and welding techniques
  • Undertaking filler work and chassis straightening utilising jig pulling equipment
  • Cutting and fitting new body panels in a state-of-the-art bodyshop setting
  • Ensuring work is completed to manufacturer and industry standards
  • Maintaining a high level of workmanship while meeting deadlines
  • Working efficiently with team members to ensure smooth workflow
Candidate spec

  • Previous experience as a Panel Beater, ideally within a busy bodyshop environment
  • Proficient in panel repair, straightening, and welding techniques
  • Good understanding of vehicle structures and paint preparation processes
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence
