We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Showroom/Sales Manager on behalf of our client, a reputable automotive dealership based in North West London. This is a fantastic chance for an experienced automotive sales professional to take the next step in their career, managing a dynamic showroom that offers a diverse inventory of high-end vehicles and commercial trucks. The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach, lead a dedicated team, and drive the dealership’s sales initiatives to new heights.

- Competitive basic salary between £40,000 and £50,000 depending on experience

- Oversee vehicle handovers and ensure customer satisfaction
- Proven automotive sales experience, with management experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of cars and trucks
- Ability to close deals confidently and target driven
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence essential
- Experience in retail automotive environments is desirable
