- Pay: £45,000 Basic + £12,000 in annual bonuses
- Hours: 9am - 6pm Monday - Friday - optional overtime on weekends - start and finish times can be flexible (7am - 4pm, 8am - 5pm, 9-6pm)

- Oversee daily workshop operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Drive the team of mechanics to deliver high-quality vehicle repairs and maintenance on a variety of fleet vehicles, primarily light commercials (LCVs)
- Conduct diagnostics using advanced equipment including Snap-On and Autel scanners
- Provide technical support and solutions to workshop staff, maintaining high standards of workmanship
- Communicate effectively with management and stakeholders about workshop activities and challenges
- Coordinate work across multiple sites, including mobile jobs and external yards
- Supervise workshop safety, ensure compliance with company policies, and manage workshop logistics
- Support the team in achieving productivity targets and standards
- Proven experience as a Master Technician, Vehicle Technician or LCV Technician with strong diagnostic abilities
- Previous supervisory or managerial experience within a workshop environment
- Technically solutions-minded with a proactive approach to problem solving
- Strong communication skills and the ability to provide honest feedback to stakeholders
- Mature, experienced individual with broad industry knowledge
- Capable of working independently and managing daily workshop operations
- Comfortable working with modern diagnostic equipment and workshop management systems
