Looking to advance your career as a Service Advisor in Poole? We are currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable dealership for a skilled and motivated Service Advisor to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in the motor trade seeking a role that offers both professional recognition and rewarding earnings.

  • Standard Monday to Friday working hours with weekends on a rota
Duties:
  • Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner and discussing their vehicle requirements
  • Managing and updating customer vehicle information accurately on the Kerridge DMS system
  • Providing customers with clear technical and cost estimates for repairs and services
  • Promoting accessory fitting and additional services to maximise workshop profitability
  • Coordinating with workshop staff to ensure timely vehicle turnaround
  • Ensuring all repair orders are raised, processed, and invoiced correctly and on time
  • Taking responsibility for subcontracted repairs and warranty documentation management
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service throughout the customer journey
Candidate spec:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade, ideally with a minimum of 1 year
  • Good knowledge of Kerridge or similar automotive management systems
  • Excellent organisational skills with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to anticipate and meet customer needs effectively
  • Immaculate personal presentation in line with brand expectations
  • Full UK Driving Licence is essential
