  • Salary: £28,00 per annum, pending experience, plus monthly bonuses providing an on-target earnings of around £33,000+ per annum.
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm, with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 8:30am to 1:00pm.

A not-to-miss opportunity has become available for a Service Advisor for our client's large multi-franchised approved car dealership based in Cardiff. 

In the role of a Service Call Centre Advisor, you will work alongside 1 other Advisor and will feed work to multiple large multi-franchise workshop teams and shall be responsible for providing a pro-active service to customers requesting to schedule their vehicles in for service and/or MOT. As a Service Call Centre Advisor, you will handle all incoming service department calls, and will be responsible for booking in customers vehicles for service and/or MOTs. Within the role, you will be able to upsell service plans to customers and will have the opportunity to upselling following vehicle health checks within the branches workshop. You will oversee multiple car brands and will be responsible for filing the service diaries across the group. 

Current/recent experience in a similar contact/call centre orientated role in the motor trade would be desired but isn't essential. It is essential to our client though that you have a desire to work within the motor trade, and have strong customer service skills, have a friendly and charismatic manner over the phone, and are IT literate.
