- Provide excellent customer service throughout the service journey
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the motor trade or similar industry
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Professional and approachable manner
- Familiarity with Kerridge or similar dealership management systems is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
