Salary: Up to £24,960 basic + bonus (OTE up to £31,680)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (37.5 hours per week)
About the Role:
- An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales & Service Advisor to join a busy and well-established independent automotive business in Derby
- This is a varied, customer-facing role combining sales, service support, and administration, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same
- Basic salary up to £24,960 per annum
- Bonus potential up to £560 per month (OTE £31,680)
- Monday to Friday working – no weekends
- Full training and ongoing support

- Deliver excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
- Advise customers on products and services and process orders accurately
- Manage bookings for workshop services and associated work
- Support workshop scheduling and provide updates to customers
- Handle cash, invoicing, banking, and credit transactions
- Maintain accurate administration and filing systems
- Ensure stock is correctly managed and presented
- Maintain a clean, professional, and compliant working environment
- Previous experience in a customer service, sales, or service advisor role
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident handling sales transactions and basic administration
- Proactive, friendly, and customer-focused approach
- Full UK driving licence essential
- Forklift licence beneficial (training can be provided)
