- Manage customer enquiries efficiently and guide them through the purchase process
- Support customers with exploring, financing, and purchasing vehicles
- Accurately appraise part exchanges and provide valuations
- Present finance options, insurance products, accessories, and service plans
- Follow up with customers post-enquiry to secure sales
- Close deals and ensure all documentation is completed accurately
- Manage leads and distribute appointments to the sales team
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to foster loyalty
- Mentor and support sales executives in achieving their targets
- Regularly review dealer diary and sales progress
- Keep detailed records of all deals and income generated
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends
- Experience in vehicle sales preferred; strong sales background considered
- Customer service focused with excellent communication skills
- FCA accreditation and knowledge of finance systems essential
- Understanding of car valuations, negotiating, and closing sales
- Attention to detail and organisational skills
- Full clean driving licence is a must
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends on a rota basis
- A proactive attitude with the ability to build rapport quickly
