- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections in line with safety standards and guidelines
- Diagnose vehicle faults and implement effective solutions
- Complete all paperwork diligently to ensure quality standards are maintained
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet productivity targets
- Maintain the workshop's cleanliness and adhere to health and safety protocols
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic
- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent qualification
- Strong understanding of vehicle safety standards and diagnostic procedures
- Excellent problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
- A current valid MOT licence is desirable but not essential
- Must hold a valid UK driving licence
