We are working with a well-established workshop in Guildford that is seeking a dedicated Senior Service Advisor to join their busy Aftersales Customer Services team. - Competitive basic salary approximately £40,000 per annum, DOE
- Working hours Monday to Friday from 8am to 5.30pm

- Enhancing the customer experience through attentive and proactive service
- Confidently handling all customer interactions independently
- Significant experience as a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor within the motor trade
- Ability to work confidently on your own with minimal supervision
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities
- Good automotive knowledge and understanding of workshop processes
- Self-motivated, proactive, and professional in approach
- Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
