- Manage the daily workshop diary ensuring smooth workflow
- Allocate work to technicians based on skill level, efficiency, and workload demands
- Monitor progress to ensure timely completion of all jobs
- Liaise with the parts department to ensure parts availability and efficiency
- Process job cards, warranty claims and invoicing accurately and promptly
- Support the service team with updates on repair progress and additional work requirements
- Maintain manufacturer compliance and uphold workshop standards
- Supervise and oversee the work of a team of motorcycle technicians and support staff
- Contribute to a high standard of customer service and workshop organisation
- Previous experience as a Workshop Controller, Service Advisor or in a similar workshop coordination role preferred, However our client would look at enthusiastic individuals with transferable skills to succeed in this role
- Knowledge of motorcycle or automotive industry highly desirable
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and team management abilities
- Familiarity with Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented attitude
- Enthusiasm and a proactive approach to workshop management
- An individual looking to progress within the motorcycle industry or seeking a role with more autonomy
