Our client is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join their busy team and deliver exceptional customer service. Duties of a Service Advisor:

  • Providing proactive service to all customers and building strong relationships
  • Scheduling vehicle services, maintenance, and repairs in the workshop
  • Arranging courtesy vehicles when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Managing customer queries effectively and resolving issues promptly
  • Invoicing work completed and processing payments accurately
  • Working towards driving sales targets and KPI achievement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor, ideally within the motor trade
  • Confident and proactive attitude with excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task efficiently
  • Computer literate with experience using workshop management systems
  • No more than three points on your driving licence and no major motoring offences
