  • Position: Service Advisor 
  • Location: Milton Keynes
  • Basic Salary: £33,000 + Bonus (uncapped)
  • OTE: £38,350
  • Full time, 45 hours per week
  • Saturday mornings on a rota basis 
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join a busy and successful main dealer operation in Milton Keynes. This position offers the chance to join a professional aftersales team within a well-established automotive group that values its employees and offers genuine long-term career development.

As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from vehicle check-in through to collection.

Key responsibilities:
  • Greeting customers and managing service bookings
  • Keeping customers updated throughout the repair and service process
  • Liaising with the workshop to ensure efficient turnaround times
  • Advising customers on repairs, maintenance and service plans
  • Handling invoicing, administration and follow-up calls
  • Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or within a customer-facing automotive role
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident using computer systems and managing customer updates
  • Professional, positive and team-oriented attitude
  • Passion for delivering an excellent customer experience
