Service Vehicle Technician Required in Crawley for Car Dealership
Pay: Up to £38,300 Basic + £10k OTE 
Hours: 45 Hours per week Monday - Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota basis

Duties

  • Performing routine servicing, repairs, and maintenance on various vehicle makes and models
  • Carrying out diagnostic work and electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs) in line with company standards
  • Completing digital write-ups and accurately maintaining job cards for all work undertaken
  • Conducting warranty work and ensuring all repairs adhere to safety and quality standards
  • Supporting the team by adhering to process and safety protocols at all times
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through quality workmanship and professionalism
Candidate spec

  • Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent)
  • Proven experience as a Service Vehicle Technician, ideally with exposure to warranty work and diagnostics
  • MOT licence is desirable; full training can be provided if not yet qualified
  • Strong teamwork skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to high standards of safety and quality
  • Eagerness to learn and develop within a professional automotive environment
  • Flexible attitude towards working hours, including occasional Saturday mornings on a rota basis
