Duties

Providing excellent customer service and handling customer inquiries efficiently
Assisting with vehicle servicing and repairs, ensuring a smooth process
Managing workshop bookings and scheduling work efficiently
Liaising with technicians and parts departments to ensure timely service delivery
Preparing quotations and explaining service charges to customers
Maintaining accurate customer records and service histories

Candidate spec

Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role within the automotive sector preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
Knowledge of automotive systems and service processes is preferred
Professional attitude and customer-focused approach
