Duties of the Service Advisor:
  • Providing excellent customer service and handling customer inquiries efficiently
  • Assisting with vehicle servicing and repairs, ensuring a smooth process

  • Preparing quotations and explaining service charges to customers
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and service histories
Requirements of the Service Advisor:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role within the automotive sector preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and service processes is preferred
