Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking for your next opportunity in a busy main dealership? Our client, a well-established vehicle retailer in Barnstaple, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Advisor to join their team. This is a fantastic chance to work within a reputable company offering a competitive salary and excellent earning potential.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary of up to £32,000 per year Depending on experience
  • OTE of approximately £37,000 uncapped
  • Monday to Friday working hours from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm
  • One in two Saturdays, with time off in lieu
  • 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with length of service
  • Other additional benefits 
Duties:
  • Greeting customers and managing their vehicle service needs effectively
  • Providing accurate and professional advice on vehicle servicing and repairs
  • Upselling service plans, accessories, and additional work where appropriate
  • Managing customer expectation and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Liaising with workshop teams to ensure work is completed efficiently and on time
  • Maintaining accurate service documentation and customer records
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor within main dealer or independent garage environments
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • A professional approach to customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of automotive service processes and systems is preferable
