Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking for your next opportunity in a busy main dealership? Our client, a well-established vehicle retailer in Barnstaple, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Advisor to join their team. This is a fantastic chance to work within a reputable company offering a competitive salary and excellent earning potential.

Benefits

Competitive basic salary of up to £32,000 per year Depending on experience
OTE of approximately £37,000 uncapped
Monday to Friday working hours from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm
One in two Saturdays, with time off in lieu
22 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with length of service

Duties

Greeting customers and managing their vehicle service needs effectively
Providing accurate and professional advice on vehicle servicing and repairs
Upselling service plans, accessories, and additional work where appropriate
Managing customer expectation and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Liaising with workshop teams to ensure work is completed efficiently and on time
Maintaining accurate service documentation and customer records

Candidate spec

Proven experience as a Service Advisor within main dealer or independent garage environments
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
A professional approach to customer service and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of automotive service processes and systems is preferable
