This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to progress their career within a well-established business that values quality service and professional growth. Our client is seeking a motivated individual with a background in the motor trade to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support operational excellence.

Duties:
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients arriving for service appointments
  • Managing the service process from initial booking through to vehicle collection
  • Liaising with technicians and workshop staff to facilitate efficient vehicle servicing
  • Using management systems such as Kerridge, ADP, Keyloop, or similar to log jobs and customer information
  • Upselling any additional services or parts where appropriate to maximise workshop productivity
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
  • Supporting the wider team in delivering a seamless service experience 
Requirments:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealer environment
  • Good mechanical understanding to communicate effectively with technicians and customers
  • Knowledge of Kerridge, ADP, Keyloop, or similar management systems is essential
  • IT literate with the ability to manage various computerised systems efficiently
  • Self-motivated with strong organisational and communication skills
  • Keen eye for detail and professionalism in appearance and approach
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team, supporting colleagues where needed
