Parts Advisor Opportunity in Swindon
  • Salary: Around £26,650 per annum, negotiable pending experience, plus overtime. 
  • Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday with 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:00am-12:00pm, paid as overtime.

Our client, one of the UK's largest independent automotive dealer groups operating since 1999, is currently looking to recruit a Parts Advisor for their multi-franchise-approved car dealership located in Swindon.

Reporting to the Parts Manager and working as part of a friendly team, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Receiving, checking, and properly storing stock daily.
  • Picking, packing, and dispatching parts and orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Ordering parts and accessories under the guidance of the Parts Manager.
  • Maintaining accurate departmental records and filing systems.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and Dealership Operating Standards.
  • Providing excellent customer service, responding promptly and courteously to enquiries.
Do you need previous automotive parts experience?  

Previous experience in a similar automotive parts role is preferred, but non-essential provided you have strong organisational skills with attention to detail, and the ability to respond to customer needs professionally and efficiently. You will have a target-driven mindset with a proactive, self-motivated approach alongside excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
