- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Ensuring excellent customer service standards are upheld
- Managing the sales process from enquiry to delivery
- Monitoring and analysing team performance and providing coaching as needed
- Ensuring compliance with all manufacturer and industry regulations
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager or General Sales Manager within the motor trade
- Demonstrable success in achieving sales targets and developing teams
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Able to work five days a week, Monday to Saturday
- Organised, motivated, and target-driven individual
- Valid UK driving licence
