We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Centre Manager to join a well-established automotive service centre in Okehampton, Devon. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual looking to further their career in the motor trade sector. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations and ensuring seamless service delivery at our client’s busy dealership.

Duties of an Assistant Centre Manager:
  • Assist in managing the day-to-day running of the fast fit operation
  • Support the Fast Fit Branch Manager in achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Supervise and motivate a team of technicians and support staff
  • Ensure high standards of health and safety compliance
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards and build rapport with clients
  • Oversee stock management and ordering
  • Ensure operational efficiency and smooth workflow

Candidate requirements:
  • Previous experience in a fast fit or motor trade management role
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively
  • Good communication skills both with colleagues and customers
