Basic Salary: £16,000
OTE: £50,000+ Uncapped
Working Hours: 5.5 Day Working Week
Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm (with one day off during the week)
Saturday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Sunday (1 in 2): 10:30am – 4:30pm

Roles and Responsibilities as a Car Sales Executive:
  • Assisting customers in finding the right vehicle to suit their needs and budget
  • Demonstrating vehicle features and benefits during the sales process
  • Arranging and conducting test drives
  • Negotiating deals and closing sales professionally
  • Promoting finance, warranty, and additional products where appropriate
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and sales activity
  • Delivering exceptional levels of customer service throughout the buying journey
  • Building lasting relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
What Our Client Expects from Their Car Sales Executives:
  • Previous sales experience is preferred but not essential
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • A positive, enthusiastic, and professional attitude
  • Target-driven with a desire to succeed
  • Ability to build rapport with customers quickly

  • Full UK driving licence
