- Competitive basic salary of £27,565 plus OTE of up to £33,000
- Working Monday to Friday from 8.00 am to 5.30 pm
- Saturdays on a rota basis with time off in lieu in the month

- Managing the service process from booking in to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Up-selling additional services and repairs where appropriate
- Maintaining accurate documentation and workshop communications
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
- Customer-focused with a professional attitude
- Knowledge of automotive systems and workshop processes is desirable
