A not-to-miss opportunity has become available for a Used Car Sales Manager at our client's multi-franchise approved car dealership in Bristol!

Reporting to the senior management team and responsible for a dedicated team of Business Managers and Car Sales Executives, your key job objectives will include:
  • Leading, coaching, and supporting the sales team to consistently meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Championing outstanding customer satisfaction by ensuring best practices are followed, and customer feedback is valued.
  • Creating and delivering engaging sales events and campaigns that generate strong commercial results.
  • Staying in tune with customer needs and market trends to develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Collaborating with other departments to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data.
In order to be eligible, current/previous experience at a Car Sales Manager level within a franchise-approved car dealership is a necessity for this position. You will become the role model for our client's brand, where the ability to lead by example will be as important as the results you deliver.
