A not-to-miss opportunity has become available for a Used Car Sales Manager at our client's multi-franchise approved car dealership in Bristol!
Reporting to the senior management team and responsible for a dedicated team of Business Managers and Car Sales Executives, your key job objectives will include:
- Leading, coaching, and supporting the sales team to consistently meet and exceed performance targets.
- Championing outstanding customer satisfaction by ensuring best practices are followed, and customer feedback is valued.
- Creating and delivering engaging sales events and campaigns that generate strong commercial results.
- Staying in tune with customer needs and market trends to develop targeted sales strategies.
- Collaborating with other departments to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data.
In order to be eligible, current/previous experience at a Car Sales Manager level within a franchise-approved car dealership is a necessity for this role. You will become the role model for our client's brand, where the ability to lead by example will be as important as the results you deliver. Delighting customers is what sets our client apart, and being prepared to lead from the front is a key requirement. A UK driving license with minimal points is also essential.
