  • Basic Salary: £35,000 - £39,500 (Salary Negotiable for highly experienced candidates) + Bonus
  • Monday - Friday | 08:00 - 17:00 (No Weekends!)

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Vehicle Technician/MOT Tester to join our independent automotive workshop on the outskirts of Southampton, near the New Forest.

Our workshop prides itself on honesty, integrity, and transparency, ensuring customers receive reliable advice without unnecessary upselling.

Our client is open to applications from Level 2 qualified Vehicle Technicians, alongside time-served Mechanics without formal qualifications, there is an opportunity for those Individuals who are looking to get their Level 3 NVQ completed.

Your Role as a Vehicle Technician/MOT Tester:
  • Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs to all makes & models
  • Diagnose mechanical & electrical faults using modern equipment
  •  Work closely with a team of experienced technicians to maintain high standards
  •  Stay up to date with the latest industry technologies and best practices
What We’re Looking For:
  • NVQ/City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent qualification, open to NVQ / City & Guilds Level 2.
  • Experience with diagnostics & fault-finding
  • Strong attention to detail & problem-solving skills
  • MOT Tester qualification preferrable but not essential
  • Full UK Driving Licence
