- Processing job cards accurately and efficiently
- Chasing order numbers and raising invoices
- Assisting with the submission and administration of warranty claims
- Reviewing job cards and gathering supporting evidence for manufacturer systems
- Ensuring all work complies with manufacturer and dealership procedures
- Supporting the Service Department with general administrative duties
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Working closely with the workshop and service teams to ensure smooth departmental operations
- Previous experience within an administrative role
- Motor trade, dealership, or service department experience would be advantageous
- Mechanical knowledge would be beneficial
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Confident communication skills
- Experience using Keyloop, Kerridge, or 1Link systems would be advantageous
- Proactive approach and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong IT and administrative skills
