- Repairing or replacing damaged vehicle body panels and structural components
- Carrying out chassis and framework repairs in line with manufacturer specifications
- Using welding equipment, jigs and specialist repair tools safely and effectively
- Completing repairs to a high-quality standard in line with job card instructions
- Maintaining workshop equipment and ensuring excellent housekeeping standards
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet repair deadlines and quality targets
- Following all health & safety, COSHH and company procedures
- Minimum 3 years' experience in vehicle body panel repair and replacement
- Strong knowledge of welding, jigging and structural repair techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Good understanding of manufacturer repair methods and technical bulletins
- Reliable, professional and customer-focused approach
- IMI Accreditation preferred
- Experience with aluminium, high-strength steel and structural repairs desirable
