Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 18:00 and Saturday 08:30 - 17:00. One rota day off during the week for three out of four weeks and one Saturday off one week in four. No Sunday working.

As the Fast Fit Branch Manager, you will oversee daily operations, lead a motivated team, and ensure the highest standards of customer service and operational efficiency. - Structured hours Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, with Saturday work 8.30am to 5pm

- One Saturday off every four weeks with no Sunday working

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and comply with health and safety regulations
- Drive business growth by promoting services and maintaining excellent customer relations
- Proven experience within fast-fit or automotive tyre and exhaust industry roles
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Hands-on approach, willing to assist in workshop tasks when needed
- Reliable, proactive, and adaptable with good organisational abilities
- Relevant industry qualifications or training is advantageous
