- Carry out repairs and servicing to the highest standards and manufacturer specifications
- Diagnose faults using the latest diagnostic equipment with a systematic approach
- Stay up-to-date with the latest vehicle technology and undertake relevant training
- Ensure all work is completed observing safe working practices and adhering to quality standards
- Liaise with colleagues and supervisors to meet repair deadlines and quality benchmarks
- Complete electronic service documentation, warranties, and reports accurately
- Conduct detailed vehicle health checks and produce reports or videos efficiently
- Maintain workshop safety, housekeeping, and tool protocols
- Participate in manufacturer training pathways, including hybrid and electric vehicle technologies
- Assist in high-quality repairs and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Relevant NVQ 3 or IMI Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification
- Proficiency in numeracy, literacy, and IT skills
- Enthusatic and energetic approach to work
- Full valid UK driving licence
- Smart appearance and professional attitude
- Ideally experience in main dealer environments
- Manufacturer training and certifications are desirable
