We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a skilled Diagnostic Technician who can handle heavy mechanics, diagnostics, and a variety of mechanical tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated motor trade professional to join a busy, well-equipped service centre and further develop their skills.

- Competitive basic salary of up to £45,000 per annum depending on experience
- Monday to Friday working hours, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

- Carrying out diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles
- Conducting engine work, clutch replacements, cambelts, and complex mechanical tasks
- Diagnosing electrical and electronic faults using advanced equipment
- Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and within service times
- Maintaining accurate records of work carried out
- Working efficiently as part of a professional team to meet workshop targets
- Proven experience as a Diagnostic Technician or equivalent role
- Strong diagnostic skills with a good understanding of vehicle electronics and engine systems
- Ability to perform timing belt and cambelts changes with minimal supervision
- MOT Tester certification is advantageous
- Diagnostic Technician level experience preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Full UK driving licence
