Are you an experienced Parts Supervisor looking for a new challenge within the automotive parts industry? Our client, a luxury supercar dealership based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, is seeking a dedicated Parts Supervisor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who wants to advance their career and enjoy a rewarding role managing parts operations in a busy dealership environment.

Duties:
  • Oversee and manage the parts department efficiently, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory management using Kerridge system
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal departments, bodyshops, and external customers
  • Handle parts enquiries, sales, and invoice processing accurately
  • Ensure parts availability and coordinate with suppliers for optimal stock levels
  • Support the department by dealing primarily with straightforward trade and bodyshop parts requests
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a parts department, ideally within a VAG or similar group, with exposure to Kerridge or equivalent systems
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as the only person in the department
  • A proactive approach to parts management and customer service
  • Knowledge of stock control, ordering, and inventory processes
  • A positive attitude with a focus on delivering excellent service
