An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Advisor to join a well-established volume dealership in Hayle. Our client is seeking a proactive and confident professional to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the continued success of their busy team. This role offers a competitive basic salary of up to £30,000 with an OTE of £34,000 plus excellent career development opportunities.

- Preparing and invoicing work completed, processing payments securely
- Working towards dealership targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided
- Confident with a proactive approach and excellent communication skills
- Computer literate with strong organisational skills
- Customer-focused with a professional attitude
- Willing to put in the effort to succeed within a dynamic team environment
