This role offers a competitive basic salary of up to £30,000 with an OTE of £34,000 plus excellent career development opportunities.

- Scheduling vehicles for service, maintenance, or repairs
- Liaising with customers to discuss work required and arrange courtesy vehicles if necessary
- Taking ownership of customer queries and resolving any issues efficiently
- Preparing and invoicing work completed, processing payments securely
- Working towards dealership targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided
- Confident with a proactive approach and excellent communication skills
- Computer literate with strong organisational skills
- Customer-focused with a professional attitude
- Willing to put in the effort to succeed within a dynamic team environment
