Our client, a reputable dealership in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, is currently looking to hire a skilled Diagnostic Vehicle Technician to join their professional team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a technician with a passion for automotive diagnostics, especially those with experience working on VAG vehicles and electric vehicles (EVs).

- Ongoing training and career development, especially in electric vehicle technology
- Work within a large, reputable dealership environment with a focus on prestige vehicles
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic testing and fault finding on a variety of vehicles, including electric models
- Use diagnostic equipment to accurately identify issues and advise on repairs
- Carry out repairs and maintenance with high attention to quality standards
- Assist with EV battery removal and other specialised duties as required
- Work as part of a team to uphold high standards of customer service and workshop productivity
- Maintain accurate service and repair records
- Experienced Technician with a solid background in automotive diagnostics and repairs
- Ideally, with VAG manufacturer experience and EV qualifications
- Skilled in working within a busy dealership environment and comfortable with dealing with advanced vehicle systems
- A good team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Qualified to a recognised standard in automotive repairs and diagnostics
