Are you an experienced mobile mechanic looking for a rewarding role in East London?

Our client, a leading organisation in the vehicle maintenance industry, is seeking a skilled Mobile Compliance Technician to join their team in Barking.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional looking to expand their expertise in vehicle compliance and maintenance while enjoying a competitive salary and performance-based bonus.

Duties:
  • Organise, plan and carry out routine compliance inspections at customer locations
  • Conduct service inspections of vehicle ancillary equipment using PDA software
  • Prepare accurate and timely service reports for supervisors and controllers
  • Maintain digital records of work undertaken and certification submissions
  • Perform regular maintenance and repairs to ensure minimal downtime
  • Manage stock and supplies of consumables and fast-moving parts with assistance from your team supervisor
  • Keep company vehicle clean, tidy, and in a safe, serviceable condition
  • Ensure all work is completed to high standards and vehicles or equipment are only released once safe and operational
  • Complete health and safety training, including Risk Assessments and COSHH management
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Mobile Mechanic, Technician, or LCV Technician
  • Strong understanding of vehicle compliance procedures
  • Ability to work independently and manage own workload effectively
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence and experience in using PDA software for inspections
  • Flexible approach to working across multiple sites in East London
