Duties of a Mobile Service Technician:
- Conduct a full range of mechanical repairs, diagnostics, and servicing on customer vehicles
- Provide high standards of technical advice and excellent customer service
- Drive to multiple customer locations as required
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately identify faults
- Maintain detailed records of repairs and services performed
- Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards
Candidate requirements:
- Full valid driving licence
- NVQ Level 2 or 3, City & Guilds or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 12 months experience as a vehicle technician
- Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to carry out repairs confidently
- Friendly and professional attitude with excellent customer service skills
- Adaptable to a mobile working environment and flexible hours
