- Conducting chassis and framework repairs with precision
- Assessing vehicle damage accurately and applying appropriate repair techniques
- Completing bumper and door repairs to high standards
- Ensuring all repairs comply with quality standards set internally and by third-party inspectors
- Working efficiently as part of a team to maintain smooth bodyshop operations
- Carrying out large filler repairs and trimming, as required
- Proven experience as a Panel Beater or Panel Technician
- Qualifications such as ATA, NVQ Level 2 or 3, or equivalent; time served individuals also considered
- Ability to perform large filler repairs and trimming tasks
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and good communication abilities
- Reliable and committed to producing high-quality work
